Forest of Night
The Forest of Night has existed ever since the creation of Crepuscule, and it has been the subject of extensive research due to its mysterious mana.
Crepuscule does not have day or night and the five regions have their own unique seasons. Long ago the only way to keep track of the year was to calculate it. However, as time passed, people discovered that the forest moved through the regions at exactly one year. Since this discovery, time has been measured using the forest's movement.
But, it is common sense to not go near the forest, as it can consume anyone, and therefore, it must be strictly monitored. Each regional noble notifies the residents when it is time for the forest to come to their region and they must give a report about it to the Council.
